Unlimited or not, someone has to see who's out.
With a fixed number, HR tracks the balance. With unlimited time off, nobody does, and the only way to notice who never takes a break, or who's out on release day, is a calendar of the whole team. Read how to make unlimited PTO work, or try the board below.
- Everyone's time off over the summer
- Ken hasn't taken a day off
- The release date warns who's away
- Drag a week off onto Ken's row
