The license

A lifetime license is a one-time purchase for one owner. It includes the web and macOS apps, sync, read-only share links and core updates for as long as Forgot is offered. Published limits (such as people per board) are part of the license.

Refunds

Ask within 14 days of purchase and you get a full refund.

Your content

You own the boards you create. You're responsible for having the right to record the information you add about other people, and for who you share links with.

Acceptable use

Don't use Forgot to break the law, harass anyone, or attack the service.

No warranty

Forgot is provided as is. We work to keep it available and your data safe, but we can't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and our liability is limited to what you paid.

Changes

If these terms change in a way that matters, we'll email license holders first.
