Distributed teams
Who's out today, across every time zone your team works in.
Your engineers are in New York, Chicago, Denver and San Francisco. Forgot shows who's away, who's on call and who's free on one calendar, grouped by time zone with each group's local time. Your team never has to sign up.
One-time payment, no subscription. 20 of 20 left at $9, then $19.
Open a live example: Platform team, coast to coastOn a remote team, nobody sees the empty desk.
Time off lives in personal calendars, out-of-office replies and Slack statuses that are gone by lunch. You find out someone is out when their code review never comes, or when you ping them at 6 PM their time.
Forgot gives you one calendar for the whole team that anyone can open with a link.
How it works
One calendar for the team, in everyone's local time.
Each time zone group shows its current local time, so you know who's still online before you ping. Or group by team, office or fields you add.
Is it a fit? Honest answer.
Forgot is a good fit if
- Your team spans two or more time zones
- Time off lives in personal calendars and Slack statuses today
- You want one link the whole team can check
Look elsewhere if
- You need working hours or meeting scheduling (that's a calendar tool)
- You need Slack status or Google Calendar sync
Questions
Does it show each person's local time?
Group the calendar by time zone and each group shows its current local time. Grouping by team or office doesn't show clocks.
Can teammates in other time zones see it?
Yes. Send the read-only link. It opens in any browser with no account, and it always shows the current calendar.
Does it sync with Slack or Google Calendar?
No. You add time off yourself with a drag. Nobody has to connect an account, and nothing changes in how people ask for time off.
How many people can I add?
Up to 50 people per calendar, and as many calendars as you like. One license covers you, the person who edits. Everyone else views through the link.
Can I try it before I buy?
Yes. Sign in with your email and you get the full editor for 14 days, no card needed. After that your calendars become view-only, with all your data kept, until you buy. If you buy and change your mind, email hello@forgot.dev within 14 days for a full refund.

14-day refund, no questions asked. No card needed for the trial.
