• Internal memo dated 2025-04-09: 'Adherence to the five-day work model is required' and it 'will be taken into account in performance reviews for all employees'.
• Memo rationale: 'Being together in person enhances our ability to innovate, collaborate and make quick decisions.'
• The memo said most of the leadership team had already worked in the office full-time for more than a year.
• No formal exceptions were listed; employees with individual circumstances were told to talk to their manager.
• The Resource Industries division moved to five days earlier, from 2025-02-01; an anonymous employee email said attendance was 'closely tracked' (unconfirmed by Caterpillar).
