Free fake calendar
A fake calendar with no free time at all.
A week of standups, 1:1s, vendor reviews and double-booked meetings in a Google Calendar or Outlook lookalike. The red line keeps moving, a reminder pops up now and then, and lunch is eaten at the desk. Go full screen, or save it as an image.
Esc gets you out. The mouse hides when you stop moving it. Not affiliated with Google or Microsoft.
About 43 hours of meetings this week.
Looks like the real thing at a glance.
Two looks
Google Calendar's week view with its colored blocks, or Outlook's with the ribbon, tinted events and shaded hours.
Believable meetings
A daily standup, 1:1s, interviews, customer calls, an all hands, and the 7:30 AM call with the APAC team. Some double-booked, of course.
It's live
Today is highlighted, past meetings fade, the red now line moves, and “starts in 5 minutes” reminders pop up.
Save as image
Download the week as a PNG for the group chat, a slide about meeting overload, or the busy calendar meme.
What people use a fake calendar for.
Mostly as a joke: the “my calendar this week” screenshot, a slide about meeting overload, or a post about the 7:30 AM call that could have been an email. Pick No free time, press Save as image, and you have the picture.
It's a prop, too. A believable calendar on a laptop in a video, a mockup or a classroom, without typing forty fake meetings into your real one. And it's a screen to leave up when you step away from your desk: nobody reads your email over your shoulder.
Want a busy calendar for real?
If the goal is fewer meetings landing on you, the honest fix is blocking time in your real calendar. Google Calendar's Focus time shows you as busy and, on work accounts, can decline new invites for you. Outlook's focus time from Viva Insights books the blocks and quiets Teams while they run. For the green dot in Teams, read the guide to keeping your Teams status green.
More screens for your screen.
Made by Forgot. Our calendar is real.
Forgot is a team calendar that shows everyone's vacations, public holidays and on-call on one board, and warns you when someone's away on a release date. Fewer “wait, who's out?” meetings, too.

How do I make my calendar look busy?
For a picture or a screen, pick Google Calendar or Outlook here, set How busy to No free time, and go full screen or save it as an image. For your real calendar, block focus time: it shows as busy to anyone who checks your availability.
Is this a real Google Calendar or Outlook?
No. It's a lookalike drawn in your browser and isn't made by or affiliated with Google or Microsoft. No account is needed and nothing is added to your real calendar.
Does it change my real calendar or status?
No. It's a picture drawn in your browser. Nothing connects to Google, Outlook, Teams or Slack, nobody gets an invite, and your real free/busy stays exactly as it was. If it's the Teams dot you're after, see the guide to keeping your Teams status green.
How do I get out of full screen?
Press Esc. On Windows, if you also pressed F11 for the browser's own full screen, press F11 again.
Can I save it as a picture?
Yes. Save as image downloads a PNG of exactly what's on the screen, ready for a meme, a slide or a group chat. It works in Chrome, Edge and Firefox.
Is it free?
Yes, with no sign-up and no watermark on the screen. It's made by Forgot, a team calendar for vacations and release dates, as a free tool.
