What the policy says.

• Covers about 6,000 Boston employees, the Merrimack, N.H. campus, and the Covington, Ky. and Albuquerque, N.M. sites.
• People managers at VP level and above go full-time on site at all locations.
• Customer-support phone roles are excluded and keep a one-week-in-four office schedule.
• Smithfield, R.I. and North Carolina sites are not yet covered because they lack space; capacity will be added first.
• Boston's five-day schedule began the week of Sept 8, 2026, as the new Commonwealth Pier campus opened.
• Fidelity's stated reason: being together creates more chances for connection, mentorship and learning.
