• Applies to U.S. salaried white-collar employees; hourly plant workers are not included.
• Directors and above returned five days a week from Feb. 16, 2026; all other U.S. salaried employees followed on March 30, 2026.
• Business Insider first reported the change; Stellantis did not say how many employees are affected.
• Spokesperson Jodi Tinson said in-person collaboration is key to the growth strategy, and the company called stronger in-person connection 'a competitive necessity'.
• Part of a global 'Back Together We Win' initiative; Reuters (March 12, 2026) reported a push to bring European white-collar staff back full-time by 2027, country by country.
• In 2021 Stellantis had launched its 'New Era of Agility' policy, letting many non-plant employees work remotely about 70% of the time.
