What the policy says.

• Applies to management and corporate employees approved for hybrid work; some roles remain remote and others may have different requirements.
• Previous rule: at least eight in-office days a month, as determined by a manager.
• Announced alongside a lease of about 200,000 sq ft at Penn 2 in New York, consolidating more than 1,000 employees from two other NYC sites.
• Spokesman: 'We believe that our teams perform best when we are together.'
• In February 2025 Verizon recruited AT&T staff with hybrid/remote roles after AT&T's five-day mandate (Business Insider).
