• April 2022 memo from chief people and culture officer Adria Alpert Romm set a hybrid schedule with at least 3 office days a week by June 1, 2022; essential personnel and roles needing daily office access come in more often.
• CEO David Zaslav said in 2022 he did not think the company would ever go back to five days a week (The Hollywood Reporter).
• In September 2025, Deadline still described Warner Bros. as requiring 3 days, while Paramount moved to 5 and NBCU to 4.
• On 2026-10-06, WBD stopped trading and became part of Skydance (NYSE: SKYD), whose legacy Paramount staff are under a five-day rule.
• Skydance cites 'real estate rationalization' among its deal synergies; thousands of job cuts are expected (Status, 2026-10-03).
