- American Banker (updated Aug 2026): since 2022, most senior leaders and customer-facing staff must be on site four or five days a week; all other workers have a three-weekday minimum.
- Branch, operations and call-center staff worked on site throughout the pandemic.
- In 2021, corporate and investment banking staff were told to expect five office days a week once back.
- Twin Cities, April 2023: about 5,500 downtown non-customer-facing staff required in at least three days a week, with team leaders choosing which days.
- June 2024: the bank fired employees for simulating keyboard activity ('mouse jiggling').
