• 10-K (Feb 2026): Yelp has operated as a remote workforce since March 2020 and 'committed to a fully remote working model in 2022'.
• Yelp closed its New York, Chicago and Washington, DC offices in 2022 and its Phoenix and Hamburg offices on July 1, 2023, when utilization was under 6%.
• 2022 employee survey: 87% viewed remote work favorably. US employees live in nearly 1,300 cities across all 50 states (June 2023).

   Moved to remote work.

2. June 2022

   Committed to fully remote work; closed New York, Chicago and DC offices and shrank Phoenix.

3. July 1, 2023

   Closed Phoenix and Hamburg offices.
