• 10-K (Feb 2026): 'We offer nearly all Zillow employees the choice to work from wherever they are most productive'; offices are redesigned for collaboration and events.
• Job postings: 'Through Cloud HQ ... most employees have the flexibility to work from wherever they're most productive'; roles are classed as Remote, Office or Field.
• Zillow cut its offices from 11 to 6 major hubs and says applications quadrupled (Flex Index newsletter, April 2025).
• Licensed operations still keep large office populations in Seattle, New York, San Francisco and Irvine.

How Zillow's policy changed since 2020.

1. July 29, 2020

   Zillow offered about 90% of employees the option to work from home indefinitely, at least part time.

2. October 2020

   'Cloud HQ' distributed work model adopted (fall 2020).

3. April 1, 2025

   Zillow reported its office footprint had fallen from 11 offices to 6 major hubs.

4. February 11, 2026

   FY2025 10-K reaffirmed the flexible, distributed workforce model.
